ORDER OF THE MONTH

Summary:
The Landlord sought to evict the Tenants for failing to meet conditions set in a previous order. The Tenants claimed they paid on time, but evidence showed they paid one day late (December 1, 2024, not November 30, 2024 as required). The Board found the Tenants’ evidence was false and misleading.
The motion to set aside the eviction order was denied, but the Board gave the Tenants until April 30, 2025 to move out, recognizing their long tenancy and family situation.
